FSQJ Sampling Services

These are organised to either sample specific food product types, or alternatively to sample food from particular types of premises. The samples are taken to proactively identify any particular food hygiene related issues. Any unsatisfactory results obtained from the sampling are communicated to the relevant business then work with that business to improve hygiene conditions and food handling practices.
