1. Our curriculum consists of three components and begins with Policy and legal advice on food safety, veterinary and consumer protection Legal base, procedures and organization of risk assessment, risk communication and risk management for small food businesses.
  

2. The second component is the web based program. You got a free membership from the FSQJ Portal you have access to the FHCB Documents and web based tools like Wiki Pages and Groups and more.

  • Six (6) Emergency exercises per year created by our Food Safety Consultants. You will learn the important provisions and measures necessary to protect your costumers and your business. 

  • Personalized  Group access:  this allows your employees to discuss together, or with other users to strengthen their knowledge in food safety and quality measures; only approved users are able to join this group. 

  • Member Application:  Members can join a group by filling out a member application form. The Group Manager can then approve the application. 

  • Newsletter Group Managers can send newsletters to the members' inbox. 

  • Forum Each network group has at least one forum that is accessible to the group members. This is a simple way to review older discussions from the past and also provide an  overview for the owner or food safety manager on how the food safety management system work in the Business

Conference Tool:
  • With conferences you can directly communicate within work groups or you can provide expert level support to customers. Fully functional in a web browser, no specialized client software is required. Experts Assign users to certain conferences and make them experts.


3. The third component is our Inspection Service: We will visit your Business and give you advice on food safety and quality, pest control management /prevention in your business premises included are a  6 - 8 hours of classroom instruction for your employees.


4. The fourth component is an independent Consumer Testing Service for your Business.  Food Safety and Hygiene  Consultants will visit your Business as mystery shoppers and will review customer service and hygiene and food safety practices and will provide report on these quality services.
