1. Our curriculum consists of three parts:

  • Food Safety Legislation / Veterinary and consumer protection

  • Risk assessment, risk communication and risk management for small food businesses.  

2. The second component is the web based program which comprise of free membership from the FSQJ Portal; which also gives you access to the FHCB Documents and web based tools. You can join our Forum, Group Chat and Wiki Pages including:

  • Four (4) emergency audits per year by our Food Safety Consultants. You will learn how you can protect your customers and your business. 

  • Personalized Group access which allows your employees to discuss together, or with other users to strengthen their knowledge in food safety and quality measures. ( only approved users are able to join this group). 

  • Member Application 

  • Members can join a group by completing our member application form. The Group Manager can then approve the application. 

  • Newsletter  - Group Managers can send newsletters to the members' inbox. 

  • Forum 

  • Each network group has at least one forum that is accessible to the group members. This is a simple way to review older discussions from the past and also provide an overview for the owner or food safety manager how the food safety system work in the Business

3. The third component is a Basic Inspection Service we will visit your Business and give you advice on food safety and quality, in your business premises included  and 2 - 3 hours of classroom instruction for your employees.
