Food Safety and Quality Jamaica.org fosters the development and implementation of school food safety programs based on a high level of knowledge coupled with choices of monitoring tools and control technology. The School Food Safety Project helps ensure that dining facilities meet the best standards when it comes to serving our Jamaican youth with safe, healthy, and high quality food.
